Ex-Hull Kingston Rovers and current French international Kevin Larroyer is training with Hull FC, the club have revealed.
Larroyer was released from the former Super League side last season, and is still to secure a new deal elsewhere.
The back rower most recently played for France against England in the Four Nations warm up, lining up against fan favourite Scott Taylor in the process.
He has been training with the first team this week with the aim to get a contract with a new club, after a difficult end to life over the river following Rovers’ drop to the Championship.
The aim is to keep his match fitness up with player welfare paramount, and Larroyer could even line up for Hull during the pre-season friendly at Doncaster next week.
