Hull FC interim head coach Andy Last has named his 21-man squad for Sunday’s Super League round eight match against Salford.
After five months in limbo the competition finally resumed last weekend with two fixtures full of quality and drama, yet most of the media focused on one bloke not taking the knee. Sigh. Massive sigh.
Sunday will be Hull’s first run out post lockdown, and the first since defeat to Warrington back in March, a night that cost Lee Radford his job.
It will be played behind closed doors at the neutral venue of Headingley, but it is classed as a Salford home game and will be televised on Sky Sports.
Hull will be without Scott Taylor and Masimbaashe Matongo who have both picked up injuries in training. Adam Swift is also missing after his partner recently gave birth. Last’s side are otherwise at full strength.
Hull Squad: 1. Jamie Shaul, 2. Bureta Faraimo, 3. Carlos Tuimavave, 4. Josh Griffin, 6. Jake Connor, 7. Marc Sneyd, 9. Danny Houghton, 10. Chris Satae, 11. Josh Jones, 12. Manu Ma’u, 13. Ligi Sao, 14. Albert Kelly, 15. Joe Cator, 16. Jordan Johnstone, 20. Brad Fash, 21. Jordan Lane, 22. Josh Bowden. 23. Andre Savelio, 24. Mahe Fonua, 29. Gareth Ellis, 33. Ratu Naulago.
