Hull FC head coach Lee Radford has named his 19-man-squad for Saturday’s Magic Weekend fixture against Huddersfield.
The Airlie Birds head into the contest on the back of last weeks superb win at Warrington, and come up against opposition that historically have done well at the Magic event.
Only Wigan can boast a better Magic Weekend record than Huddersfield, but Hull, who have been decimated by injuries once again in 2019, welcome back Josh Bowden to the squad.
Bowden hasn’t played a Super League match in over a year having suffered a serious ACL injury, but made his comeback for the Reserves at Bradford and is set to play in Liverpool.
Danny Houghton and Sika Manu, who were both named last week but failed to play at Warrington, also make the squad.
They are joined by stand in wingers Ratu Naulago and Kieran Buchanan, who both went well in Cheshire last Saturday.
Jamie Shaul continues on from his comeback, with fellow pivots Albert Kelly, Marc Sneyd and Joe Westerman all named.
Jordan Thompson drops out of the squad.
Andre Savelio isn’t named as his fitness continues to be assessed.
Jack Logan is out for four months with an elbow injury that had surgery this week. Gareth Ellis, Bureta Faraimo, Jordan Lane, Carlos Tuimavave and Jack Sanderson remain on the sidelines.
