Hull FC have confirmed two pre-season fixtures for 2020, with further trial games still to be announced.
Get the thermals out, the Bovril too, as the Airlie Birds head to West Yorkshire for two games in January, first travelling to Halifax before making the shorter trip to Batley a fortnight later.
Tickets for both games are priced at £15 adults, £10 concessions and just £1 for juniors.
Hull FC are also expecting to announce two more fixtures before the Super League opener at dirty L**ds.
Most of the squad are now back grafting at County Road, lifting weights, flexing bi’s and rolling in mud, exceptions being those given extra rest, or those that have been, or are still on, international duty.
Pre-Season fixtures
Halifax – Sunday 5th January (3pm)
Batley – Sunday 19th January (3pm)
One thing I can never work out is why we can’t afford to play any pre-season games at home (unless it’s against Rovers) whereas other clubs who share their stadiums with soccer clubs (eg Wigan, Huddersfield, Doncaster and Halifax) don’t seem to find this a problem
