Josh Bowden to make comeback for Hull FC Reserves

Hull FC prop Josh Bowden will make his longly awaited comeback for the Reserves this Wednesday night.

The Hull-born front rower has been absent with an ACL injury for a whopping 363 days, having suffered the serious knock at Featherstone on May the 10th last year.

Bowden has had surgery since then and undergone an intense rehab programme, with the understanding he’s been fit and training well for a few weeks.

Meanwhile fellow senior first team player Jordan Thompson is also named in the squad to face Bradford, and joins the likes of Liam Harris, Lewis Bienek and Levy Nzoungou.

Teenage fullback Connor Wynne will also get a run out, alongside fellow eye-catching youngster Charlie Graham.

Bradford Reserves vs Hull Reserves kicks off at 19:45 at Bradford Dudley Hill Amateur club.
