Former Hull FC player Jansin Turgut posted a leaving message on Twitter following his exit from the club last month.
The 22-year-old joined Salford on rugby league’s transfer deadline day, in a short deal until the end of the season.
Turgut made a total of 30 appearances for Hull FC, but was limited to only five this season after the rise of Jordan Lane and solid approach from Jack Downs.
The back rower was complimentary to the club, and it’s fans, and hasn’t ruled out returning to Hull one day.
“I just wanted to say thank you to Hull FC, Adam Pearson and Radders for giving me my debut and the opportunity,” Turgut posted on his Twitter page.
“I’m truly grateful for the years I’ve spent at the club and all of the good times and memories I’ve made.
“Thank you to the coaching/conditioning staff for their endless time and effort and to all the lads for having each other’s backs through the ups and the downs.
“Not to forget a big thank you to the fans, the ones that make the club great, for their continued support they show for the team week in week out.
“There’s nothing better for a Hull lad than coming out and playing in front of the Hull fans and hopefully I’ll get that chance again sometime in the future.
“I’m really looking forward to the next step in my rugby league career.”
